No second thoughts
Worthy, one of the best purchase made in Amazon in terms of price to product.

Superior telephoto performance for price
Superlative performance relative to the price, almost silent focusing rarely misses focus. Reasonable sharpness at both ends and works without extending the lens at 40mm... Premium feeling plastic body, good flare resistance. It could be better if Olympus included a lens hood... F4-5.6 aperture makes it almost unusable in the twilight or for shooting kids indoors, but you already know this don't you?

Nice lense - sold exactly on MRP
First point, about price - Seller is taking exactly the MRP printed on the packet - I guess, a little research and bargain in local market, if you have time, can save your money. The lense deserves a 5 star rating but I deducted 1 star for the seller. Now, about the lense - I'm using it on lumix g7 as the lense is compatible with the cam. It's working fine and giving good enough pics for a beginner like me. Funny part is when you zoom it, the lense comes out - it makes the lense look but cheap as well. But looking at the price range, it's bearable. For beginners, it's a perfect second lense.

Good product
The lens came in good condition, and has great projection of colours, gives a nice cinematic look, but has slight distortion at the same time. Great for photography and portrait photos. Functionally very smooth (although it fits slightly tight to my lumix g7 compared to the default lens) which is normal. Really good, highly recommend

Great budget lens
Ultimately I did want to buy the Canon 24-105mm lens but my budget just couldn't allow for that at this time. So I went for this one because I have a native Micro 4/3 camera but also an adaptor to fit the canon one. Other than this lens being a bit noisy (due to the lowest aperture number being 4) it's a great sharp little beast that is epic for the price point. I've been able to get nice close up shots from quite far away which is perfect for the kind of environment I often find myself shooting videos in. One bad thing about the lens though is the material it's made out out. It's understandable that it's plastic, they have to bring the price down somehow! But it feels quite flimsy and sometimes I'm scared I'll snap the thing in half without really trying to. But otherwise it's a really great budget lens!

Awesome value lens
Purchased this to use with my EM5 MkII. As mentioned in other reviews, the lens feels light in the hand which conveys a sort of cheapness to it, but not in such a way that I'm concerned about it's long term durability. The zoom mechanism is not super smooth, but again, at this price point some sacrifices have to be made. The lens itself produces great images through the range from 40-100mm. As others have noted, I also found some drop in sharpness from 100-150, but for casual shooters this really isn't a problem, but it will be a problem for pixel peepers. I've purchased this to supplement my 12-40mm pro lens. Considering that the pro option for the 40-150mm range is closer to $1700 pre tax, this lens really does get 80% of the job done at less than 10% of the cost. Very happy with this great value lens - it's a no frills but effective solution if you need something in for this range.
