I noticed better hockey did not respond to how the mat lies when unrolled. can i get confirmation that this will lay flat when rolled and unrolled?

The Pad will lie flat once it has been unrolled. It is important to unroll the pad and lay it on the floor with the ends of the shooting pad facing downward. Please get back with any questions or concerns. Sincerely, The Better Hockey Team

Can players step on it? Will scratch if so?

Yes it is possible to step on the Extreme Roll-Up Shooting Pad. We aways recommend using trainers with good grip. Please get back with any further questions or concerns. Sincerely, The Better Hockey Team

It's made of a special kind of plastic that is UV protected and an additive that gives pucks great glide when stick handling and passing. It can be used both inside and outside. Please get back for any further questions or concerns. Sincerely, The Better Hockey Team

Would a roller hockey puck, or ice puck be more suitable for this ?

The Extreme Roll-UP Shooting Pad have a very good glide with all kind of pucks. It works great with both Green Biscuits and regular black pucks. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further questions or concerns. Sincerely, The Better Hockey Team
