I do pole fitness and i was wondering does this product make you stick too much to the pole or is it still easy to do tricks?

I use it for pole, and it is my go-to for my hands. If it makes you stick too much, you can wash your hands and you will either not need it anymore or a couple of drops will be enough for hands. It works for body grip, too, but is visible, so I use other things for that.
