Great Product

I'm 75 and normally throw the 1K discus. But, it is nice to workout with this 0.75K discus, too. When all I want to do is work on speed, form and technique it's nice to have a lighter discus to avoid tiring out my shoulder. If I want to increase my strength then I'll use the 1K, 1.6K and 2K discuses (disci?).
