This was my first time using a hyaluronic acid vaginal suppository. Once the suppositories are solid, I store them in the refrigerator inside a clean, airtight zip-top bag. Every three days, I take one out in the afternoon, let it reach room temperature, and use it at night, about 30 minutes before bed. As with the commercial product, I add a few drops of olive oil before insertion for comfort. Additionally, I made another batch using the same base formula, but added a pinch of probiotic powder (from an oral probiotic capsule) to support healthy vaginal flora. I plan to use this probiotic version once a month for maintenance. I'm really happy with this approach—it’s effective, natural, and much more affordable.
