I finally talked to my GYN about having to give up sex due to the atrophy pain and she prescribed the hormone cream. While waiting for that to start working, I read about HA. And decided to try that too. It’s been 2 month of doing each thing twice a week on different days and the pain is literally gone. I couldn’t believe it actually worked. I could probably stop the HA now, but I like how supple my skin feels now. Anyway. I’m grateful. And for anyone on the fence, it’s well worth $40 to give it a shot. The worst that will happen is you don’t like it. The best… well think about what the best would mean for you.

So far, so good! After trying Reveree+ which my gyne gave me a box, I found it was worse than the actual itching/burning from the dryness and caused a brown discharge. Also, it was diificult to insert and melted too quickly and was messy. So my gyne prescribed a lowdose hormonal cream, which I was hesitant to use. Fate stepped in, and somehow, the prescription got muddied and the pharmacist was unable to fill it. After several calls to my gyne by both my pharmecist and me with no response, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I read the review on New Life Naturals which were favorable, and decided to try it. I am going into my third month and it has done wonders for both my labia and vagina. Before, I couldn't stand to have a speculum inserted, but my gyne appointment last week was a breeze. My gyne was elated by how good everything "down there" looked! I will continue using it indefinitely.

So, I tried these and let me tell you, they work great. First off, they're super easy to use – just pop one in, and you're good to go. No applicator needed. No mess, no fuss. They are very moisturizing, and as you use more over time moisture becomes naturally better. I feel like they are really helping due to the aging process. Overall, these suppositories are a solid choice and sure make a difference with dryness and irritation. Just a note, some irritation at first is normal, especially if you are extremely dry and irritated there, but you can use some oil like olive or coconut on it to help.

This was my first time using a hyaluronic acid vaginal suppository. After reading many reviews, I decided to try it, but with a small adjustment: I used only half a suppository to avoid excess discharge and protect my underwear. I carefully cut the suppository with a clean, sharp knife and inserted it with clean hands while lying down in bed. To make insertion easier—and to prevent irritation, which some users reported possibly due to vaginal dryness—I lightly coated the suppository with a few drops of olive oil. The next morning, I noticed minimal discharge and no irritation. Overall, it's a very good product. However, since it's quite expensive, I decided to create my own DIY version at home. I purchased a silicone mold that makes 24 units and some hyaluronic acid powder. My simple formula uses natural D-alpha tocopherol to avoid preservative (vitamin E), hyaluronic acid, and organic shea butter.Melt all in low heat. Once the suppositories are solid, I store them in the refrigerator inside a clean, airtight zip-top bag. Every three days, I take one out in the afternoon, let it reach room temperature, and use it at night, about 30 minutes before bed. As with the commercial product, I add a few drops of olive oil before insertion for comfort. Additionally, I made another batch using the same base formula, but added a pinch of probiotic powder (from an oral probiotic capsule) to support healthy vaginal flora. I plan to use this probiotic version once a month for maintenance. I'm really happy with this approach—it’s effective, natural, and much more affordable.
