No. Soy lecithin is an emulsifier added to chocolate to help bind the cocoa solids, sugar, and milk, so they stick to the cocoa butter. Your best route would be to use oil coloring, especially for chocolates. Soy Lecithin also is a preservative that keeps baked goods fresher for longer. I hope this helps!
