Not what I thought they would be

A Solid solution.
These are 6 Ton axle stands. The reasons I went for these. 1. They can be bought for 48 gbp directly from sgs website. 2. Sgs are a British company, that's a plus in my book for many reasons. 3. You can get rubber stops that fit the top from their site also. 4. I have a car jack made by them already and it's pretty awesome, as car jacks go. 5. British manufactured goods that have a reliable quality that all goods should have but don't. 6. Lifetime warranty - not sure what that really means for a lump of steel but sounds good as the legs are cast metal.
