I really like how straightforward this creatine is. The powder is very fine and mixes easily without leaving a lot of gritty material at the bottom. There is no strong flavor, so it is easy to add to water or another drink without changing the taste much. I also appreciate that it is simply micronized creatine monohydrate without a bunch of unnecessary extras. The container provides 90 servings, so it should last quite a while with regular use. This powder is an excellent source of creatine. The container arrived fully sealed and well packaged. It has no taste, so you can add it to any drink. I like to add it to my water with my electrolytes. It mixes very easily. Creatine helps with energy and muscle recovery. I just started taking it 3 months ago. I thought I only needed to take it on workout days, but I’ve since learned that it’s more effective when taken everyday. The powder is more cost effective than creatine gummies. With 90 servings per container, this creatine powder is a good option to provide your daily creatine supplement.

This isn't your fathers Creatine. I used to take Creatine in the late 80's and early 90's and it used to be gritty and hard to dissolve in water. Not this brand! It's super easy to dissolve and completely tasteless. I mix one scoop with about 5 or 6 ounces of Powerade and it's very easy to drink. If I had to rate the "gritty feeling" from 1 - 10, 1 being the least, it's a 1. Compared to the best stuff I used to buy back in the 80's-90's which was 8 to 9. Also, so far after a week, I haven't experienced any stomach distress like I did back in the day. I'm very excited to add this supplement back into my routine as being 60, I'm set on getting back into top shape in order to maximize my quality of life. I read all the reviews and really trust this brand, and the fact that it's NFS certified is a huge plus.

Our go to for creatine. No side effects as long as you don’t do too much of it otherwise creatine in general can cause GI changes. Definitely get value for the money as it lasts us months and two of us take it. Mixability is great not chunky or doesn’t settle in clumps.

Absolutely love this product! I’ve tried a lot of creatine products (a lot making me VERY bloated) and this one does not. It dissolves so easily and really has no flavor. I like to mix it with my electrolytes each day. I can absolutely tell such a difference when I workout.

Unfortunately after taking the creatine for two weeks I broke out with hives on my scalp. I did not know what the cause was until I read the list of possible side effects. I am disappointed I won’t be able to continue using the product., especially for brain support.

Quality powder with a good reputation. Finely powdered. A few notes: Creatine powders don't dissolve in water (or tea etc). Just stir and drink while the powder is suspended. Do not mix with sodas like Coke or Dr Pepper. It will blow up foam out of your glass. It is more popular to mix in with smoothies or other thicker drinks, or even food if using the unflavored version since it has no taste that I can detect.
