I can’t resist colourful fabric , in yardage, jelly rolls, fat quarters, even scrap boxes.
To be honest, I still haven’t used this, it’s one of those things you buy because you like the colour and it will be useful one day. I am a fabric hoarder. There, I’ve owned up.i can say however, that I have looked, and stroked it, there are a good selection of patterns, I didn’t measure it, as it’s fine for my purpose whatever the size, but, it cant be far off the norm, or I’d have noticed. I have some white jelly rolls, some blue, a pink and others. I plan to make baskets,storage boxes, bathroom mats and machine covers with a mixture of these when I find the time.and my stash gets to an acceptable level. These will then, and only then, be used. There is a huge box of scrap to be picked through too.

I have been quilting for years and as such I have the proverbial stash of 100% cotton pieces to compare this roll with. It wrinkles the same, absorbs water the same the only test I can't do on it is the burn test as I don't have fire. It has a slightly smoother surface than my other cotton but other than that it is very substantial not thin by any stretch of the imagination the colours are vibrant. The fact that it is about $15.00 ish cheaper than the brand that has a consistent 5 star rating (only one does) I don't see how the more expensive one could be any better than this one really. Not that I need another (I don't) but I might order another colour combination- glutton for punishment lol
