WANDERINGS Clear Zipper Case and Kraft Card Holder for Refillable Travel Journals - 9 x 12.5cm (3.5" x 5") - Pocket / Passport Size

Absolutely loving these. I've got two notebook inserts in my passport size travelers journal, which just about leaves room for these two zipper/card holder inserts, as well as my XTEINK eReader. It gets a bit bulky with all this in but just about fits in a men's trouser pocket. These inserts are ideal for making a wallet. The plastic one has 4 slots for ID cards, debit cards etc and you could probably fit a couple of cards in each slot too. Then it has a ziplock pocket that's ideal for anything loose - I use it for a few pieces of change. Obviously if you fill it with change it gets bulky. The zip is secure and easy to use and the pocket opens relatively wide to get items out. The card holder is ideal for notes as you can fit notes sideways across it for easy access and they don't fall out at all. You can also store receipts and shopping lists temporarily in here too. It also has a couple of card holders but I don't use these. Both feel high quality like they'll last a while.

I've added these to my newestor pocket sized notebook cover (to which I had already added a closing tag) knowing fine well that these are passport size, hence shorter than pocket size. Esthetically they aren't so hot in that setting. But what can you do when there's no alternative? The Kraft insert is still too short for even these slightly thinner notebooks, but the plastic zipper pouch does much better, as you see in the photos. This is not my first purchase of these products, and though they could do with being resized to fit their intended aim – to fit ‘around’ the outside of a notebook insert, they are of excellent quality.

A handy, but a bit pricey, folder

Very happy with this product, was worried that it would make the journal too bulky but it is perfect. Good quality and useful, especially like the zipped pocket to keep stamps/ cash/card etc secure.

These were purchased to go into my new Wanderings Notebook and, whilst the plastic insert, with an open sleeve and then a zip up one, has been very useful; the cardboard counterpart has not - the glue needed to create the 'pocket' soon gave up the ghost and nothing I had in the house seemed to do the job of repairing it, so I have discarded that element. I was keen on the cardboard part as, apart from being much more eco-friendly, it also blends better with the leather of the notebook, but I no longer trust the integrity of the pocket and so don't use it.

Durability wise, they should be adequate if not subjected to unduly rough handling. As for value for money, they are rather pricey for what they are, but there's no alternative available on the market. Functional and easy to fit, good quality for what it is.

Bought to be used in my pocket tn, a little small but fits in perfectly. Quality of kraft folder is excellent, very sterdy, the zippered pouch also has card slots which is great for using as a wallet.
