Wonderful for physical therapy
I use Rock therapy tape for lower back pain as well as knee recovery. The tape supports body areas that need some help. I use this at physical therapy as well as at home when the tape starts lifting. This is sensitive tape which has less adhesive. It will not pull as much when removed. I have used both, regular and sensitive both. Just prefer the sensitive. Can be used for back, knees shoulders but help putting it on is need for hard to reach areas. I appreciate that corners are already rounded which prevents the tape from sticking to clothes. Good in shower and easier to remove when wet, but can be removed at any time. I’ve left it on 5 days but can be removed at any time. Suggested is no more than three days

Best tape from a physical theraist!
As a physical therapist, I have tried all the tapes! This is the best for “ holding on”. Comfortable and stabilizing!

Good for cervical taping
This tape works perfectly for cervical taping. It's sticks well, but pulls off easily without damaging the tender skin on my neck.

This rock tape is a rock star... even with my feminine, sensitive skin, I can leave it on for 3 to 5 days and works wonderfully and does its job really well.

Pregnant ladies avoid
I’m really bummed. This tape was helping so much with my diastasis recti at 35 weeks pregnant. I applied it yesterday and had major relief. I left it on overnight and woke up this morning with a nasty blister on my stomach. Ughhh. Took the tape off and I have 3 blisters total.

Pretty sticky for a gentle tape
I wear tape a lot on my forearm due to tennis elbow. This tape is good in terms of staying power (I can leave it on for a few days). That said I don’t think it’s gentle compared to some other non-name brands out there. Every time I removed the tape, I removed some of my skin too. Easy to apply, comes with a little color page showing where to put it for more common injuries. Price is good.
