I did a little research on stick vacs, and although I did not know this brand, I looked on their website and the product reviews. Not a lot of information, however, I decided (based on other amazon customer reviews) that I would purchase. Have used it several times now and I am completely happy. The vac has good suction (I have a dog and two cats and lots of dust and sand), cleans well and the battery life is very good. (I can do my entire downstairs ceramic tile floor at least 3 times on one charge and it is quite a large area.) The green light is an added bonus - really shows up the dirt, dust and hair very well!!!

The wait worth it (waited to get it shipped from US to Dubai ) and it totally worth it. Great suction power, fair power life Good cordless vacuum option with reasonable price. Totally recommend it.

I got a faulty dust holder so I looked up customer service using the website and they have been very helpful. They have sent me a replacement without any hassle. The vacuums overall performance is good and I am very satisfied with the performance from this brand. Battery life is good too. But yes, they should definitely have a link/button on Amazon so that customers can click to reach out to customer service directly from here. To those who need help, definitely try the website. The customer service team are very responsive and quick. This is my second vacuum from this brand. I was happy with the first one which I used for more than 5 years. That’s why I got this brand again.

Okay this absolutely surprised us in the BEST way. We jokingly call the green light the “dust finder light” because it exposes EVERYTHING hiding on the floors 😭 The amount of dust, hair, and random debris this vacuum picks up is honestly wild, especially with a dog in the house. Every time we use it, we end up saying “where did all of this even come from?! ” The suction power is STRONG and it glides really nicely across our floors and rugs without feeling heavy or clunky. The anti-tangle brush has also been a huge plus with pet hair. Battery life has been solid for us and the bendable wand makes it so much easier to get under furniture without throwing out your back. Honestly, this vacuum can go toe-to-toe with the big name brands and give them a real run for their money. For the price, performance, and features, we’ve been super impressed. One of those purchases that makes cleaning weirdly satisfying 😂

Je suis très satisfaite de mon Ultenic U16 Flex depuis mon achat. Il est puissant, pratique et très agréable à utiliser au quotidien. L'autonomie est bonne et il fait parfaitement son travail sur tous les types de sols. J'en suis tellement contente que j'en ai acheté un également pour ma maman et un autre pour ma grand-mère ! Ich habe den Staubsauger ohne allzu große Erwartungen bestellt, war dann aber schon beim ersten Ausprobieren ziemlich überrascht. Man merkt direkt: Das Gerät ist durchdacht konstruiert, hat ordentlich Power und lässt sich einfach bedienen. Besonders praktisch für den Alltag, wenn man öfter mal schnell saugen möchte, ohne das ganze Kabel-Drama. Aufbau und Zubehör Der Sauger kam gut verpackt an, inklusive mehrerer Aufsätze, einer Wandhalterung und dem passenden Netzteil. Der Aufbau ging in wenigen Minuten, alles rastet sauber ein und wirkt wertig. Besonders angenehm ist das geringe Gewicht – man kann problemlos mit einer Hand arbeiten, auch über Kopf oder an schwer erreichbaren Stellen. Leistung im Alltag Die Saugleistung ist erstaunlich gut. Auf Hartböden gleitet er leicht und nimmt Staub, Krümel und Haare ohne Probleme auf. Auf Teppichen merkt man, dass der Turbomodus wirklich was leistet – hier holt er auch tiefsitzenden Schmutz zuverlässig raus. Das integrierte LED-Licht an der Bodendüse ist keine Spielerei, sondern wirklich hilfreich: Man sieht damit deutlich mehr Staub, besonders in dunklen Ecken oder unter Möbeln. Akkulaufzeit Im normalen Modus hält der Akku bei mir etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten – genug für eine durchschnittlich große Wohnung. Im Turbomodus ist er natürlich schneller leer, aber dafür bekommt man eben auch die entsprechende Power. Der Akku ist austauschbar, was ich persönlich sehr praktisch finde. Reinigung und Pflege Der Staubbehälter lässt sich mit einem Handgriff entleeren, ohne dass man dabei viel Dreck aufwirbelt. Auch der Filter ist leicht zugänglich und auswaschbar. Insgesamt ist die Reinigung unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Fazit Ein rundum überzeugender Akkusauger, der zeigt, dass gute Leistung nicht teuer sein muss. Er ist leise, effizient, gut verarbeitet und vor allem alltagstauglich. Wer eine einfache, aber leistungsstarke Lösung sucht, liegt mit diesem Gerät genau richtig.

Très satisfaite de mon achat car c'est un excellent aspirateur qui n'a rien a envier au grande marque. Il a une très forte puissance d'aspiration que ce soit pour la poussière, les poils d'animaux ou les débris d'après travaux. Son entretien est très facile aussi bien pour vider le réservoir que pour nettoyer les filtres et les brosses. La flexibilité du tube est un atout pour le dessous des meubles et lits. L'autonomie de la batterie est suffisante pour un logement de 100m² et la recharge est rapide. Les LED verte sont ultra utile c’est bluffant ! On voit la poussière et je ne pensais pas en avoir autant ... J'ai testé le site Ultenic pour commander des accessoires et ils sont très réactifs et à l'écoute. Un rapport qualité / prix imbattable c'est un aspirateur sans fil puissant et pratique. Bon investissement.
