So far so good. Been almost a week and my blood pressure has decreased but my sleepiness has increased. Little slower to get motivated in the morning. I have read we can split the doses up which is what I started yesterday. Overall working great. I have dropped about 7-10 digits on my BP. I have also been doing more work outside so I can't say both aren't helping. To be sure I am dropping my BP I have been keeping track of it for when I go to the Dr to show him.
