As good as a bite valve
Can't use bite valves but this twist valve is just as good!

Leaks when inserted

Need to tape on or it will fall off
If you don’t tape this down it will get ripped off with any small force. This one lasted me a week.

Good better than the bite ones but cap fell off
Worked fine until the cap fell off the little string. Still works but now the bit that goes in my mouth is completely exposed :( give yours a check when you buy it and maybe knot it again to make sure this doesn’t happen to you

Doesn’t work
It doesn’t work. I’m sick of Amazon. I just have problems

Good and durable.
I have used these for years. They fit with the hose and bladder . You need more than one if you are going to go hiking with the hydration system. Watch out for how well the cap is tied to the hose. You might have to retie the knot so you do not lose the cap. Have an extra in your ruck. Two is one, one is none is the adage.
