I am chemically sensitive to dies and other fillers found in most OTC and prescription products. Benadryl is a great product and the Dye free version is great. And usually I can find the 40 count boxes at a good price on Amazon although occasionally I have to get it somewhere else.

I am a repeat buyer for this Benedetto allergy liquid-gels. My dog gets super itchy during the summer and sometimes this helps avoid a vet visit and she tolerates them well. I use them for hay fever. And I recommend putting a few in your bag in case of an emergency bug bite or if you see someone going into anaphylactic shock - the antihistamine can buy some time to get to the ER.

So I love and appreciate Benadryl products as I often have allergic reactions and issues. I appreciate that these are dye free as I hate the dye in traditional Benadryl. However, I am highly sensitive to medications and something about this formula makes me feel a little funny and different compared to the traditional ones. It’s odd because I’m not sure if the formula is different? But they make me feel somewhat buzzy or tingly I guess? I had a friend that used some and they are fine for her, so not sure if it’s just me. I think I’d rather stick to the traditional or children’s when needed.
