As a 56 year old woman in the midst of "the Change", who has suffered for a long time with lethargy, lack of energy, insomnia, heart palpitations, foggy brain, etc., and all the things that go along with that - I can tell you taking these high potency Potassium Bicarb supplements have changed my life. I've only been taking them for almost a week, and I can honestly say my energy level has increased SUBSTANTIALLY - as so have my sleep patterns. People don't realize how much Potassium deficiency contributes to your overall health - and especially females my age. They are expensive, but the improvement on my overall health and well-being is worth it.

I purchased this potassium because my doctor said I was moderately low in potassium. This was the highest dosage I can find. I have no complaints about the product except there seems to be a consistency in the amount of capsules contained in the plastic bottle. Every bottle of this potassium has a large amount of empty capsules. Very strange. I have never come across that in any supplement except in rare instances. The current bottle that I opened only about two weeks ago has already shown about 10-12 empty capsules. This is not the first time with this brand. Very strange. I do not know if they are included in the 240 capsule count. One star off for the empty capsules.

I have had 2 many friends and animals die from cancer. I declared war on it. I got a water test kit and radon sencer from amazon. This is what I found. The water test? Won't get into detail but found the worst water U can drink is bottled water U buy at the store. The water is nothing but charcoal filtered water like from my tap. BUT!!! it pics up 1,000's of plastic particles that settle in the lower part of your brain. A study done by U of I. In short I take a lot of natural supplements, so I went to search, is the plastic coating on pills bad for U ? It said YES! It causes reproduction problems in men. Birth defects in women, and cancer in both. So U will find this review on many items cause I have gone to all gummies. What makes me angry is the people that can stop it won't. WHY? there is to much $ made by drug makers and medical field from cancer. They will never stop it. So it's up to U. save yourself, your kids and grand kids. Do your home work! Study! All we can do is protect what's ours. I wrote this cause I care.

I like these. It's probably just baking soda, but they work GREAT. Alkaline body is what you need for GREAT health.

This is my second time purchasing this product and about 26 of the capsules were compromised. They were either empty, had holes in them, or were stuck/melted to other capsules.
