This air purifier is Very quiet and does the job. We have a cat and between cat hair and just plain ole dust, the vacuum cleaner canister was very full when I did my floors. Since we've had this purifier, there is Very little dust on the furniture and only a Small amount collected when I vacuum. Both my husband and I have allergies which have improved since we've purchased the machine. It's so nice to breathe clean air. Highly Recommend!!!

I purchased this unit and place it in the living room. The unit was very easy to set up, just follow the instructions. The noise is non existent and it has been working great. I have only had the unit less than a week, so we shall see in about a month. The air quality is good. The dust removal is working (I dusted before setting up the unit and so far no dust). The timer for each unit is manually adjusted by me, which I do not have a problem with because I work from home. You may run the unit in increments of 2 hours, up to 8 hours. It automatically shutdown after your selected time. The air freshness is definitely noticeable. We no longer wake up with stuffy noses and I noticed not a lot sneezing. So far, I am a fan of this air purifier. The area where the purifier is about 800 sq. ft.

Easy to use. Simple instructions on removing plastic from filter prior to use. Easy to understand instructions. The air quality in our home was ok, but now it is even better. Its allergy season in north Florida right now and running this purifier must be removing the infiltrating pine and oak pollen because we are breathing easier without congestion in the morning when we wake up. It is well worth the money to me. It runs quietly and automatically increases speed when necessary. Easy to move to different rooms in your home since it is on casters, but is lightweight with a carrying slot too. No complaints. Been using for a week and breathing easier.

I found the setup and use to be easy, with one exception: the app for my phone doesn't support the 5G that my network uses. Other than that minor issue (the app can see the device but cannot communicate with it), this is by far one of the better air cleaners I have used. It sits within a space and quietly runs as it does its job.

Bought a 2 pack. The units worked perfectly. Big noticeable difference in air quality. Very quiet. Replacement filters are super reasonable….however….one of the units started to develop an annoying sound with the fan motor. BUT…Here is the great news. I called the company directly and believe it or not both calls made were answered by a helpful human!! They said they had not gone A.I. yet, and I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have a live customer service experience. Best customer service I have ever seen. After verifying my purchase at Amazon, trying some suggested diy solutions that did not fix the issue, and a few personal emails back and forth with a super helpful rep…in less than a week I received an email with a tracking number for the replacement on the way! Awesome product and amazing customer support!!!

Works great and you can tell a difference in air quality. Love the "auto" mode where you can leave it on 24x7 and the machine reacts accordingly when it needs to ramp up the air cleaning to get back to a green status light!

We are so please with this purifier. This is our first purchase of any type of purifier system. It has helped with the heavy pollen and our coming in and outs during the allergy season. We both have allergies this time of year and we are usually miserable. This purifier has helped immensely. It is quiet and effective. We are happy customers!

Have had the Puroair 400 for two years. No problems at all. The filter unit is very sensitive to air quality and will automatically adjust air flow to compensate. Really like this feature. Unit is easy to clean and the aftermarket filters are very good and reasonably priced. Would I buy another unit? Absolutely. Reliable and does the job!

Seems to work great. Doesn't take up much room and runs fairly quietly. Easy to use and instructions are easy to understand. Great buy.

Worked well to start with then kept cutting out, contacted suppliers but wouldn’t refund as I am in the UK.contacted Amazon and they refunded me

The product is lightweight cheap plastic. The company ship to the UK yet the device requires a voltage step-down unit to cope with the 110V rated USA device. Company either dumb or dishonest. Factor in additional £50-100 for device to step down UK 240V. So far not seen source for replacement HEPA filters on Amazon either.

Efficient, and yet quiet, these filters made an immediate difference in the quality air in our house. I would recommend these without hesitation.
