Very impressed!
Having bought plants online from other suppliers I have to admit I was a bit nervous about ordering these. There was no need to be concerned though. The packaging was very protective and retained the moisture so the plants arrived in perfect condition with damp compost, they hadn't dried out at all. I was really impressed and will definitely be ordering again. The plants themselves came with all the instructions you needed (ie size, position etc) and were very good quality.

Lovely variety, all healthy & growing fantastically.
First time not only buying plants online but from this seller & I must say, I'm pleastly surprised. Most of the plants I received flower in spring, but 3 or 4 flower through summer, 1 even flowers until autumn. Lovely variety, & they happily survived an extra 2 days in the bags, inside the box, as I missed delivery due to being in hospital. I WILL deftintly be buying some more within the coming weeks. Edit:- Pictures taken & added 2 days after receiving (they've been sat in their tubs for 2 days as I need to get compost for my planter, they have perked up & look alot happier) Bought a second lot the following week & again came well packaged, think there's only 1 duplicate, the rest are different (such as different colours of same species, such as the thyme, one will be golden other lilac) love them, all now in my memorial garden planter. Really chuffed, they all flower somewhere between early spring to Autumn (some just spring, some just summer, some throughout) it'll be looking stunning & vibrant for my wedding in just under 3 months. Can't recommend enough. Update: I've had these a fair few weeks now, all doing extremely well, trippled in size. Only 1 isn't too happy but still alive. Edit a year on: I think a total of 3 have died, (all viola, they were still alive at the begining of the year but after the heatwave last month they've dried up & died) all others have flowered & still doing really well, still waiting for the thyme to change colour both still green but have been moved twice as got rather big. I'm extremely happy with them, just sad they're not available this year as I wanted another 3 lots.

Fair price , but pot luck on what you get
Decent plants, arrived in a box and wrapped in bubble wrap. All stayed together in their pots . Some plants suitable for rockery but no labels! What are they? 2 pots appear to be daffodils- who knows. Basic.

Dead plants and no reply from company
I order plants online a lot, however this was the first time I have ordered off amazon. Normally, the plants I receive in the post a wrapped in paper, bubble wrap, or secured in a plastic casing, and are secured down in the box in some way to stop movement. When I opened the damp cardboard box for these plants I found a bunch of plastic bags with plants thrown in, about 3 of the plants were labelled, all the plants were soaking wet including the soil, and there were a considerable amount of bugs in the package. Putting all that aside, I still would’ve been happy if the plants had been alive so I could wash them off and repot them. Not all of them were completely dead but most of them had dead sections. I messaged the seller to try and sort the problem and had no reply. It’s a shame as I’d like to support a small business but the quality was just too bad.

Lots of dianthus!
These took a jolly long time to arrive - well over a week, and six days late. They’re nice little plants, but were bone dry, and very heavy on the dianthus. They look healthier in the picture than they do in real life, but they’ve had a drink and I expect they’ll be okay. Plants are very expensive, so this way of buying them makes a lot of sense. I wanted low level ground cover, and some of them are perfect for that. All the reviews I read mentioned the odd duplicate, but I guess there are reasons why I have so many pinks - weather, covid and Brexit probably. I’m disappointed that they’re not more varied, but compared to a garden centre, they’re very well priced, so I’m not really complaining. I would certainly buy again if I need some more.

Disappointing
On the box it states one Day delivery!! Were despatched on the 29tjh August and today is the 4th September. In quite good condition considering how long they have been in transit. But not all rockery plants which is what I wanted Would not recommend. Will not be ordering again Waste of money.

A lovely mix of strong, healthy plants. Excellent value for money.
Plants arrived quickly and were well packaged in individual bags and a sturdy cardboard box. I received a good mixture including a couple of big sempervivums which I have been able to split which is always a bonus! Plants were a little squashed when they arrived, but soon perked up and are now thriving in their new home in an old Belfast sink garden. The attached picture is about 3 weeks after they arrived. At under £2 a plant including postage you really can't go wrong. I've already recommended them to my mum and sister and would definitely buy from again.
