This little grow box is a good size for a simple jar hydroponic herbs set up and easily fits on top of my fridge. It's made better than I expected for the price with heavier materials. It was easy to put together and is sturdy enough sitting there by itself. The view port on the back can be left open for some airflow (it is mesh covered). The port for cords is big enough to be easy to use and has a drawstring to cinch it down. The zippers are smooth and if you really velcro the flap down well there is very little light leakage. I chose this setup over one of those open dish kitchen hydroponic units for flexibility, cost and to keep pets out. I wish it had an additional panel for airflow or a front mesh panel instead of a clear plastic one (which is inside the velcro outer flap). I'd also like a piece of velcro on the top to hold the main flap open while I'm dealing with the plants inside. Those would be nice improvements, but overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and am well on my way to having fresh kitchen herbs this year I'm considering getting a bigger one for bigger plants.

Well thought out product with multiple vents which suited my needs perfectly! Nice Quality. Easy to set up.

We added a wooden frame with solid top and solid sides sealed with minwax and used a hole saw to put her vents to line up with the venting. Added a giant bin and some vines and branches and I will be covering her tub in some sphagnum moss and aquarium foam and texturizing it, a cover for her background, but this has been amazing and a dream for my 7’ big girl! She needed this and loves the space. Zippers are strong, plastic is not as strong on others I have had, but I loved this window design for her, and she likes it too! She gets to interact with us, and our dogs love watching her! I’m not growing plants in this, and she would likely tear any out so I don’t know about that. The poles were probably the least durable I have ever put together and the week she was in it while my dad built the amazing birch frame, my boyfriend reinforced them with wooden supports. Ventilation seems to be plenty. Every grow tent I have had seems to have pros and cons. This one I truly wanted for this big amazing window with a zip off front cover that rolls back and that is so worth it!!! The price was just right for us!

I found the quality of this tent to be pretty good so I bought a second one. I keep both on a small metal rolling cart and the size was just right to fit a small aquarium inside where I could set my LED grow light on top. I filled the one aquarium with potting mix and started my herb garden. The second aquarium will hold individual containers with whatever I plan on growing. The durability of the material seems rugged enough to last for a while. The directions were a simple page showing how the lettered pieces join together. I'm happy to see they use metal poles and found it very easy to assemble. I really like the large viewing window which makes it easy to view the progress of my herbs and when to water. People often have complaints about the quality of the zippers on grow tents and I assume that's probably more true of the larger framed grow tents. Even though they seem sturdy I'm not constantly using the zipper on mine so I may not have an issue.

I have had a different Melonfarm tents (24x24x48) for well over a year now for mushroom growing. It has been excellent in every single way. Well, I just bought this one in 24x24x32 and it is not good. First, the stitching was wrong and the entire tent is too small for the frame. When I was stretching it over the frame, the stitching ripped out of a corner. It has this MASSIVE plastic window with a zipper, then a piece of fabric to cover the clear area attached by velcro. So if you want to open the tent, which I do at least twice per day, you have to undo all the velcro and open the zipper. Opening is smaller compared to my other tent. It's just such a stupid design for what I need it to do. Returning this one.

Love the double doors! They allow you a full 100% view inside without affecting the temp and humidity. The outer door/flap allows the light to kept out or in. The ventilation system appears well thought out. You have two 6" circular intake holes, two 4" intake holes and one mesh vent. The 6" intake holes are on the top right and top left side, with the 4" on the back in the upper right and on the opposite side from the 6" intake on the lower right. For my setup, this allows air intake on the top and left with the and exhaust on the bottom right. Perfect airflow for my setup.

This lil tent is nice. Here are some modifications you can do to improve durability and structure. Also a lil trick I came up with to have a tall small tent instead of a long one. Add some small metal support beams to the side of the plastic bars. This helps with weight durability such as holding lights and fan and also will help with your tent holding structure when having it connected to a exhaust fan which tends to suck the tent together feom pressure. People who have ripped there tent or broke there zippers must be extremely rough with it. Cause this tent is built with strong materials except the plastic tiny bars. All in all it's been only a few hrs since iv had it set up so we shall see how it does with heat and humidity.

Was missing one piece from a sealed plastic bag, so was missed at the factory. When I bought this tent, they had a different tent pictured than what they sent - I see they changed the picture of the tent to the correct one after I started my return. It was supposed to be like the second picture, a "D" door. The door on this sucks, two closures, one a big cheap bad smelling see through door. Would not recommend
