Does the joey have legs?

Yes, the Joey has legs. I actually live in Australia, and saw one here, but it was easier and cheaper for me to purchase it through Amazon. It is much nicer than many that are in the market here... I would highly recommend this. I was very happy that the Joey had legs too.

The eyes are glass or plastic? Or embroidered? It's rated for 1 year olds?

They eyes are plastic. It is rated for 1 year+. From the feel of it, the visible eyes are just a smaller part of a larger piece (most under the surface). Perhaps making each eye large enough to not pose a choking hazard. Just a guess mind you. Could the seller please confirm if the plastic eyes pose a choking hazard? Perhaps take one apart and look to see how the eyes are made?

Hi there, This product as well as well as all our of GUND items (other than the ones which specifically have chocking hazard warnings) are absolutely safe for children under 18mounts and were tested accordingly. There are plastic eyes but they are securely attached to the plush on the back so they can't be taken out unless the plush material is ripped. We hope that helps!
