I have a Luxaire .. and ignitor model # is 767a-311

Your question is not really a question. But assuming you are asking if the Repairwares igniter will work, the answer is that it should. Most hot surface igniters use the same design. The kit I bought was a universal one. I did have to make a small adjustment to the mounting bracket for my particular furnace, but otherwise the igniter works great so far.

Is this a 120v or 80v igniter? also is this compatible with a rudd ugph-07nauer?

its a 120 volt igniter but i don't know about a Rudd unit.
