Lovely paint - covers well and looks classy

Used to paint the woodwork inside the house - skirting boards and internal doors mainly and it’s brill stuff. My wife has spent a fortune on Farrow and Ball paint which is the business and the top brand, or so I’m told! This is so much cheaper and to me there is very little, if any real difference to the ‘man in the street’. Covers well if you have decent brushes and It dries quickly enough to get the task done in good time. Just wash brushes in water after use and put the lid on tightly ready for the next time. The painted areas look superb and at about the third of the usual cost. Great stuff 👍

I have used this product numerous times before on skirting boards, window ledges and door frames. I always ensure that I have sanded beforehand and thoroughly clean away any dust and I have not had any application problems. I find this easier to use than traditional gloss and I prefer the more modern eggshell finish. In my experience 2 coats are necessary for a true white finish. The only issue I have had with this was when something slightly damp was left on a window ledge months after it had been painted and it did make tiny bubbles in the paint. This has not happened before when the surface has been painted with traditional gloss.

Peinture un peu trop liquide pour être vraiment brillante

La peinture est de bonne qualité, bien couvrante et facile d’applicatIon . MAIS elle n’est pas blanc brillant..... en fait blanc satiné! D’ou les 3 étoiles. Un peu déçue au départ de cette absence de brillance, je reconnais que le rendu est sympas.
