These are actually the older absurdly oversized packaging, and the boxes were squashed into a plastic bag and some of the sterile foil packs were damaged, although they don't seem to have been broken open. They are probably ok but if there's unidentified damage, there's a real risk of wound infection and serious complications. Sterile dressings should not be sold in this state, so I'd recommend avoiding this supplier. I also ordered 2 because of the claim of new compact packaging, so it's a bit of a miss sell. Inadine dressings provide a medical grade sterile cover for open wounds to prevent infection and work wonders with infected wounds. Use with an adhesive dressing to cover and secure it. Stubborn wounds, especially in diabetics heal much faster if cleaned, dressed with inadine, and covered. Always seek qualified medical advice if you think a wound is infected, especially if you're diabetic. Replace dressings daily, especially if there's a suspected infection. I always keep a stash to hand.

Very good. I had toe surgery and they were taking ages to heal and started hurt the doctors put a patch and it worked asked if I could have some. But they said no to expensive to give out so found them on here. Toes healed much quicker. Two small things a bit fiderly as can't touch only edge but should use tweezers. Don't put anywhere it could get on clothes if so make sure you seal right round all edges otherwise you could get stains.

I am very unhappy about this item as the expiry date is January 2021. This is NOT value for money and apparently cannot be returned I am pleased to say the suppliers have refunded me and stated the problem with supply/demand and therefore the expiry date is due to COVID-19. This means that the item for my immediate requirement is excellent. I would happily purchase in the future - however I hope never to have the requirement again

Done the job

Having two clumsy children who are always skinning their knees and getting scrapes and cuts i have tried every cream that I could find to stop infection, nothing works as well as Iodine, but the kids hate it, every dressing was a battle to put on as it would still be wet from the Iodine or the skin would go a strange orange colour. So I tried these Iodine patches, they are just the best thing for wounds, cut them to size, doesn't stain or sting, doesn't effect the adhesion of the dressing and the kids don't even know that it's there. My kid took the skin completely of her knee last week, a new dressing everyday with a quarter of one of these strips and it's healed up in a week, no scab, no puss, no smell, it doesn't even stick to the wound and best of all no infection.

I’ve been using these patches for a number of years after a recommendation from a specialist wound nurse. They are fantastic and really aid healing. I always keep some in the first aid box now.

This stuff is amazing, the same as the nurses use, helps to prevent infection thus able to treat at home, ok for minor injuries, no need to clog up the NHS.

Purchased to deal with small open wounds from a minor bike crash. Certainly stopped the wounds getting infected at half the price of a bottle of iodine. Highly recommended
