This is very healthy, I have been using it awhile and I do feel better. I like mine with lemon or a little pure honey. Let it cool a bit before drinking.

When you don’t feel well or feel cold, coming on this tea is best to drink. I was introduced to this by a friend from the Philippines and said that they drank it all the time when they felt sick and it worked good for keeping up your immune system.

This is my second purchase. I believe the tea is helping in my journey to limit inflammation. My first order arrived in a lovely Kraft paper bag with a light plastic applied. However, I was very disappointed when my second order arrived in a thick forever plastic bag. The product description still states that the product comes in a Kraft bag. It also mentions their commitment to the environment. The change to a thick plastic bag seems contrary to this. The tea seems very authentic and I drink one cup everyday. I would have given the product a full five stars, but as you can tell, I don't like the new forever bag.

The moringa tea tasted fine,but the majority of the bags broke open and the loose tea would be floating in the cup.I will not be getting this brand in the future.
