What size fits 3.5 ft and 40 lbs?

I went with a 6/7 for my 6 yr old she’s kind of on the tall side so fit perfect! They have enough stretch to not look baggy and will last a couple of years.

What's the right way to put this on? Is the neckline supposed to be higher in front than the back or is the tag in front for some reason?

Yes, it is confusing but I think the tag is in the front. But what ever fits better I would just go with that side.
