I had a septoplasty because my ENT told me that I had a deviated septum and that's why I was congested all the time with severe post-nasal drip and that's why nothing was coming out when I blew my nose. That was nearly a year ago, and I still feel the same. I tried everything, even these cute little pellets, but nothing worked. However: I was recently diagnosed with a thyroid issue, which makes my whole body inflamed in one way or another - so it is possible that the post-nasal drip was a thyroid symptom, not a nasal symptom, and that is why these did not work for me. Since beginning a treatment plan for the thyroid, my nose has less post-nasal drip. So maybe these will work for you if your post-nasal drip is from allergies or a cold or sinus issues. Just as long as it isn't your thyroid!

Greate product. It did not work for me though, unfortunately after having a septoplasty, I unfortunately developed excesive post nasal drip along with Empty Nose Syndrome, so if you also have post nasal drip, not because of a natural cold or sickness, but developed as a symptom of a surgery these will not work for you. Just wanted to share my experience with the product. Everyone else in the family that uses them it works as intended.

This product is good, but results can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it works well and provides relief, and other times it doesn’t seem to have much effect. Still, it’s easy to take and worth trying if you’re into homeopathic options.

I have constant allergies - year round and the drainage down my throat is super annoying. This really helps thin the mucous with no additional side effects. Consistency is key bc I know almost immediately when I forget to take it.

Our family has been dealing with different colds on and off since November—so about five months—and we’ve tried a variety of cold medicines. Some helped a little, but nothing fully resolved the symptoms. I came across this Boiron product on Amazon and decided to give it a try, especially since we’ve used Camellia from the same brand before. I was hoping it would help my daughter (almost two years old), as well as my husband and myself. We followed the instructions carefully, but unfortunately, we didn’t notice any improvement at all. It didn’t seem to make a difference in our symptoms. It might work for some people, but in our experience, it didn’t help with our colds. Just wanted to share our honest experience in case others are considering it. Also, the product is not eligible for return.

This stuff, like all of Boiron products, works for me like a charm. I have a lingering drip but this allows me to sleep through the night without waking up to coughing due a bunch of mucus sitting on my vocal cords in the middle of the night. During the day it works too, of course, but the real test is overnight, if you ask me. Just remember not to drink (or eat) anything aside from water 15 minutes before and after taking it, as you don't want to interfere with absorption via the underside of your tongue.
