Water taste so clean, no weird tastes you would get with the regular faucet ones, this is a solid water filter. Only complaint is that the jug is alregular size which is like 4 to 5 regular glasses. I have a big cup for drink likg water so it is like 2 and half big cups. Constantly have to refill the reservoir for water. But it is a great filter, I do not regret my buy. It is pricey though

I a use the heck out of the thing. I'm talking like hundreds of gallons and this thing is still going strong and the water is crisp

Smart carafe alkaline. I am in love. First off. I was accidently sent the wrong model. Seller immediately shipped the correct one out to me and sent me a return label for the one I was sent. It was inconvenient but resolved. Now for the ro unit. The water is amazing. I have never enjoyed a glass of water as much as with this. I all of a sudden am drink 2x the amount of water I normally drink. I didn't realise that because of the chlorine taste I wasn't drinking enough. I have a system . I go through 2 to 3 carafs a day for me and my toddler. (I use it for cooking) I keep the tank full in the back after emptying it and set the carafe on the counter u til it's empty. Place it on machine and it automatically starts to fill. A reminder is sent to my phone to empty the waste water. (Which is minimal) I waste more water waiting for the hot water to reach the faucet from the water tank. Unit is slim and easy to lift/rotate to get to the back. Filters were easy to install. Has a long power cord. Haven't had to buy new filters yet but I know whatever the cost it's worth it for this drinking water. I live in a rental so an under the sink system wasn't an option. This little guy will go with me where ever I move . Including camping in our motorhome. I don't ever want to be without it.

The app doesn't work, but the water filter most definitely works.

Avoid AquaTru. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I got my Aquatru Carafe and my before RO TDS reading was 77 ppm while my after RO went up to 130 ppm. I ran the first 4 cycles as instructed and then started measuring. I ran 8 full cycles and the number did not go down. I removed and reinstalled all filters and got the same result. I do have remineralization which will add a few points to the TDS reading but even with that it should be reading at like 12 ppm or 13 ppm.... Not going up to 130 ppm. On top of that, I'm learning now there may be aluminum leaching AFTER the water is filtered - confirmed with third part lab results. This is a MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN! The Aquatru Carafe cost me $476 (almost $500!!) as it has the app connection (which only has a 1.5 star rating on the app store by the way), and reminerilzation. Close to $500 to get water that has a higher TDS reading than what comes directly from the sink is very disappointing for me, and an absolute embarrassment for the brand.

Easy to put together. Works very nicely & quietly.

Water is so fresh. I love that this puts the minerals back in. Had been using a zero water, but this it much healthier. Like the glass pitcher. So over plastics.

I love this water filter! I did do the upgraded version to get alkaline water, and my taste felt altered. At the same time I am going through some treatment for a medical issue so I’m not sure if it was from the water or my treatment. I contacted the company and expressed my concerns and they sent me for free a replacement filter but non-alkaline. After about a week, I felt like my taste went back to normal so I’m thinking it was from the alkaline water. The company was very easy to work with and quick to give me a resolution. One thing to note is that I placed the order and returned it because I thought that they sent me the wrong filtration system. I couldn’t find anywhere on the box where it said that it included the alkaline filter. When I got my replacement it looked like the first and then I saw in smaller print that it included the alkaline filter. If you think you got the wrong one, just read over the box carefully.

Me encantó el filtro. Está muy bien respaldado por certificados de calidad de sus procesos de ósmosis inversa. Lo mejor es que filtra, pero también mineraliza el agua al final del proceso y es muy cómodo de instalar! En conclusión es muy completo, cómodo y confiable.
