Amazon doesn't offer RMA assistance because bigme inknote is sold/shipped by third party. And goodreader is not willing to help either. What do I do?

I had this product for a relatively short time and then returned it, so I did not have to deal with customer service in terms of getting help with the device itself. What I suggest is asking your specific question here (like you would like customer service with), and hopefully someone can answer it for you. Good luck.
