BOGASING M5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with 40W Immersive Stereo Sound

This speaker is a fantastic speaker. Has a long battery life and has an exceptional sound. I bought one about two years ago. Lasted two years. After it stopped working, I tried a couple of different speakers. Returned both of them and repurchase another one of these. It is small enough to carry in backpack and packs a nice punch volume wise.

I wanted a bluetooth speaker that also had an aux input so that I could take 1/8" headphone out from my Valeton GP-150 guitar processor and use it as a portable practice amp. Unfortunately, for myself and Amazon.com, I went through a number of bluetooth speakers by Anker, Soundcore, Tribit and DinDin which all exhibited some latency or sound issues at the aux input. In my web searching, I came across a mention of the Bogasing M5 by a guitarist as having zero latency at the aux input so I ordered one from Amazon and it's true! I'm able to play through my GP-150 into the M5 and the response is instantaneous. The sound is clear though the loudness is a bit limited by the size but it's so small that you could buy another one and run them in stereo for more volume and separation and it'll still be cheaper than a Soundcore X600 with less weight and better stereo spread. I'm very happy with the M5 as it's got great battery life and fits in my guitar bag front pocket along with my GP-150 for a very portable guitar, processor and amp setup. Another bonus of the M5 is it's 360 sound which gives you two sides so that you can play the speaker as a mini amp facing an audience while you're monitoring the sound from the other side. My search is over.

Surprisingly clear, solid, and balanced sound when compared with similar speakers costing almost twice as much, including a well-known brand I also own. The number of inputs, an SD card slot, a USB port, and a 3.5mm minijack, plus long playback time, add convenience and versatility. It's happy on my desktop and happy on my pillow when I want to listen in bed. Very pleased. This is a great value speaker.

With technology updating as much as it does, this is a great little speaker for those of us who fight with updated tech! I have purchased four of these and here is my long feedback on them. Good Points: If you are totally blind like me, the buttons are marked great. There are seven different buttons. First there is the off and on button that is closest to the charging side, which I will get into after the buttons. It is a round button with some sort of design on it. You push and hold, and it plays a sound, letting you know it is on. Push and hold again to turn it off. Next set of buttons are the play, skip forward and back buttons, and the volume up and down buttons. The skip and volume buttons are all itty bitty arrows, and the play which is in the center, I'm thinking it may be a square, can't tell, but they all work great. Last, there is a sound setting button that looks similar to the on and off button. It has three settings for your sound, I think light base, heavy, and maybe none... Not sure on the exacts, I just pick what sounds good to me and leave it. Then, you have the charging side. Now, this speaker looks like, a long rectangular box I suppose. The four long sides are the top with the buttons, the bottom with little itty bitty feet, and then, the other sides are the speakers. The ends of the box are the two short sides. One short side has nothing on it, I just use it to set my speaker up and it seems to sound a bit better. The other side, has a little flap that you pull down and you find your ports. It has the charging port, a slot for a memory card, a USB port for a flash or thumb drive and I think there is an AUX port as well... I have used the USB and memory card slots, and they work perfectly. The sound is just great for a speaker that size, and this little baby has bluetooth as well. Not So Good: Very small not goods about this speaker, but, I must mention them anyway. First, it hurts that such a great speaker doesn't include a feature to skip back or forward so many tracks, or even to jump to the end or beginning of your music list. So, if you are like me, and you make a list of like 300 or 400 songs, it really bites having to press the back button 275 times just to get back to the song you want to hear. Second, take care with this water proof characteristic. The first one I bought was for me. My 4YO took over it, once I popped in a memory card with all his favorite songs. So yes, even a 4YO can operate and enjoy this speaker. Anyhow, the first time it was left outside, and it just happened to pour down rain. I thought my speaker baby was ruined for sure! Oh but did it surprise me when it got brought in the next day, I lightly tapped on it to get a little extra water out, and pushed the on button, and we started jamming! I thought this little thing was incredible. Well, it just happened to be left out in the rain another time. This time, the flap that guards the ports was left open just a little little bit. Unfortunately, the rain got in and ruined the memory card port and the memory card. Up side of it all, the USB, bluetooth feature and the battery charging ports all still worked, so I gave it to my husband, because he uses the bluetooth only, so worked for him. The second one I ordered was supposed to be for my husband, but we traded for the damaged speaker. Until my 4YO dropped it off the table by mistake, and both the speaker covers popped off, and I couldn't fix it. Doesn't really care, and we still use it. As my 4YO took over the second speaker, and my husband has the damaged speaker, I ordered a third for me, and a fourth for my mom who was impressed when my 4YO was jamming when we went to visit. So, with all that being said, I have a love/like for these speakers, with more love than like, and I just brush off the heartbreak of the missing features. Really hope this long winded review helps anyone deciding on if they want to purchase this speaker or not. Happy Jamming!

I have a pair of indoor BT with TF/uSD card stereo speaker but they're only good for a single room. I wanted a more robust pair for indoor/outdoor use. These are ideal. They have 4 audio inputs; BT, USB Flash Drive, TF/uSD card, and an AUX input. I connected them all simultaneously and scrolled through the 4 sources without any issues. I have a 16G uSD card with 1,400 songs as my go to choice. The sound is terrific and plenty loud in the outdoors. The TWS mode pairs easily and works with all inputs. They sound great and have excellent BT connection range, indoors and out. The super bass mode is awesome when playing at low volumes and the 3D mode is my preference when the volume goes up. With duplicate speakers on both sides of each speaker, the sound is pretty much directed everywhere, 360°. There's plenty of battery life. The user interface is very clean. I did test the speaker phone feature, that I won't use, and it works fine however my built-in microphone pickup is pretty weak. I'm sure I'll get years of enjoyment out these portable yet powerful 40W speakers. Update: Undocumented Stereo features When using a single M5, the dual 20W speakers play in stereo. The speaker on the + volume side plays the left stereo channel and on the + volume side plays the right stereo channel. And when using dual M5 speakers in TWS mode, the M5 with the audio source plays the left stereo channel.

Great sound!!. Use it to pair my bluetooth tv. Love the sound, so I bought me a second speaker to pair with my first. Easy pairing steps. Use my speakers to create a true stereo sound . Gives you a great sound, you don't need to blast the volume. These are worth the sale price. I've only had these speakers for two weeks now, and they work perfectly. Small speaker with great output, pretty good sound for a 40watt speaker. You can also pair up to 4 speakers, great technology.

OOOOOOOH M GEEEEEEE!! I am extremely impressed with this product. I will not include pictures or video with this one. There's simply no need. You are definitely getting a great product for the price point if not better. Wow, just wow! Sound quality is better than expected. Connected easily to my Samsung

I bought this speaker because someone wrote a review comparing it to a BOSE speaker. The speaker itself is very nice, portable, and easy to operate. Connection to my phone is fast and automatic. The bass button on the speaker doesn't do much besides tone down the treble a little. The biggest flaw that I notice is that the speaker isn't loud enough. Its not a speaker to take to the beach or anywhere where it might be busy and active because the surrounding noise will drown out the music. I love the design and size but unfortunately I will have to look for another loud speaker to purchase, I wouldn't go as far as comparing to a BOSE speaker like the last customer did.

Wow! I had no idea this little speaker would sound this good. I cannot comment on battery life just yet but I will update later. The sound quality is just phenomenal for such a small footprint (size of your average mobile phone). I've purchased this for my workplace where it will sit alongside a very noisy machine. I need it to be loud enough to get over the noise of the machine. I'm hopeful but won't know for sure until I've tried it. Again, I will update. Love the styling and the fact that it looks the same in both sides and indeed fires the sound to both ends. Great fully rubberised casing and minimal but functional controls. I'm still not over how great it sounds. Perfect for home use, and hopefully for work use too. Recommended. Update. Battery life was pretty much as advertised. I have to use on full volume due to my workplace so others may get more life than I did. Sadly not quite loud enough for my needs but it is still (just about) audible over a very loud machine. I'll be keeping it for home use as it sounds so good and investing in another speaker for work. I still recommend this great little speaker.

My car's Ford Sync 2 ACM failed and as such no music or sound. If one can buy a new one it would cost close to $ 2,000.00. Also it seems impossible to find one at the Auto Wreckers. I love my music so I decided to find some kind of speaker system and from some Google work this speaker system came up and I found it here on Amazon. I am very easy going but when it comes to music I am a bit of a nasty person as I do not tolerate crappy sounding speakers. I kind of assumed that this speaker was probably not bad and better than nothing. However I am almost shocked at how amazing this sounds. If I did not see it I would assume I have a pretty decent stereo system. It is amazing how this small unit can pour out such an amazing sound and even at full blast there is no distortion at all. I am playing music on my flash drive with 850 songs on it. One can skip a song and go forward or replay the last song played. Now it does not shuffle the songs. Also it seems to play songs from the same singer even though they are not listed in order on the flash drive. Other-words if one has 5 songs by the Beatles scattered all over the flash drive, it will play the Beatles 5 songs in a row and not as they would be on the list. No big deal. Just thought I would point that out. It is just over 6 inches long and weighs just around 2 pounds. It seems to be of high quality build. I can see where two of these would really be amazing. I recommend this speaker system to any friend but not to enemies as I do not want them to have such a good speaker system.

These speakers are so great! I got some M4's as well and they are a bit less good. The M5 is a rockhouse with a very strong bass! Excellent for EDM.
