Hi , anyone can tell me how long does it take for this product to be shipped since order date?I ordered on the 24/11 still not shipped today is 02/12

Hi. you should contact with the seller . I did not have a problem with delivery .

What’s the thickness of the rug please

The rug is approx. 1 cm thick. Hope that helps.

My previous carpet accumulated dust like crazy, does this one attract dust as well (more than usual)?

No this carpet is great. I absolutely love it and I have it in the pink option. I also have a dog and it doesn’t attract her fur at all. Has been wearing well and I probably vacuum it once a week if I’m telling the truth....Twice if I’m lying 😀 We don’t wear shoes in the house… Because that’s gross. I’ll definitely be buying this rug again In another colour for one of our spare bedrooms.
