Will an entire 5 LB bag of flour fit in one of these?

The 8 quart model will fit a 10lb bag of flour, but will require a little settling to get the lid on. I usually dump most of it in, shake it down and than add the rest. 6 quart model fits 10lbs of sugar perfectly.

Are these containers BPA free?
