What is the difference between this and the nano?

Besides size, the Plus also has a built in noise source generator for testing RF equipment. The Nano also has the ability to be powered via bias tee. Thanks!

Does it come with the necessary connectors for the nesdr mini? the mini has an mcx connector but i don't that connector in the photos.

No, the adapters included in this bundle are not appropriate for the NESDR Mini. You would need a male-MCX to male-SMA adapter or pigtail cable to use it with that SDR.
