This is seriously the best time clock ever. We have a team with over 40 employees in 2 branch offices, and the management is amazing. It can read our employees' faces super fast, even read with a mask! Yep, we tried! The facial recognition device is easy to install and easy to understand, I installed it, and employees registered and set the device up within 1 hour after I received it, the custumer service it’s easy to reach and they solved all my questions. Great easy to use software that tracks hours for various reporting purposes. The most important thing is that No monthly fee is required, I can even produce payroll from home with the cloud software, which is very convenient. We would probably buy one more for another branch office to manage all employees' time in one system.

It’s quite a challenge to get this up and running. The support isn’t very good, and while it looks great and durable, it has a lot of features, but the functionality is lacking if the basics are so difficult to understand.

Let's start by saying that it's practically impossible to get cloud software that updates in real-time with the machine at little to no cost to you. This machine and software offer that, which is precisely what we need. If you want software that has everything solved for you with Customer Service 24/7, you are better off getting paid software. If you want to save on those costs and are willing to be more independent and comfortable with technology, then this is a great solution. So far, I have had no issues with connectivity, and once things are set up, it runs smoothly. Customer service is there during business hours, and they try their best to help you. Leonardo has been the best one so far.

The time clock is a nice and easy-to-use product with some help from a technician guy, and Johnny is that awesome person. He helped me to reset the time clock system step by step and taught me how to use the online system. I would suggest asking for help from the technician.

I recently bought the time clock for my small business and I am super impressed with its performance! Setting it up was a breeze, and it's been a great investment for my team. The face recognition technology is lightning-fast and accurate, making clocking in and out a breeze. But what really made the difference for me was the technical support team - they were quick to respond and very helpful when I had a minor issue during setup.The clock has definitely streamlined our time-tracking process and saved us a lot of time and hassle. Highly recommended for any small business owner！

This time clock works but is very difficult to set up. You'll have to talk with their Technical Support staff that are not in the U.S. Many, many quirks with passwords. They provide written instructions on their website but sometimes their not accurate. Make sure to follow their directions EXACTLY. You'll have to do a lot of programming before you start using it. I would suggest setting it up at least 2 weeks before you start the next pay period. Then have employees clock in and out on a test basis. It will take hours to set up (I think I spent 4 hours just to set up 4 employees). You have to set up and assign each employee's schedule. This should be simple but the software will NOT allow you to click on dates. You have to retype the dates so it takes longer. The reports do not total each employees' punches. You have to download a report into Excel to calculate total hours worked.

The biometric Time clock works well after set-up. Some of the set up was tricky as far as the settings for each employee. Putting the Punch Management settings to Default and the Multi Dept. to All departments made the time clock accept the input scans more easily without any problems.

About the only thing going for this company is the customer service. But the product is absolutely terrible. I could never figure out nor get help on how to figure out how to use this thing without having to download a spreadsheet and convert everything to the way I needed it. Don’t get me wrong, the product itself works. It scans the key cards. It takes a picture of their face. It inputs the data. But it just has no data or organization. I recommend Buddy Punch for a seamless iPhone and android app that offers a kiosk where you can see all times and schedules and PTO settings online, and you can download for payroll by the click of a button. That’s what I was hoping to get out of this, but it failed to impress me

I bought this to track my employees who work different hours and schedules. Itdoes not have subscription which is great. It also has tech support that is very effective. The system is intiutive but I had questionsthat was answered all and feel more in love with the system. I pay biweekly for the emplyee and I download from online access exel file for biweekly hours that are added in the exel sheet already. I just need to take that to the payroll system to pay them. Much less work than before. I chose to use dual card plus face recognition for each employee to clock in and out and I placed the device in the kitchen area where all employees keep their bags in the morning for convenience. It is just great.

Do not buy . They advertise no monthly/yearly fee. After few months they want you to pay. When called them they said it typo error.

I brought 2 units to replace my old time clock. It is very easy to setup. Face recognition feature surprises everyone. The data transmits via WiFi or LAN. The other benefit is the records storage in free cloud service server. You can access all records in a web page. Reports are very helpful for payroll staffs. The time sheets can get you all hours base on your payroll rules setup. The most important is that you don't need to pay monthly fee and get fantastic technical support. You NEVER lose if you have one.

There's no online technical support, they did have email support which lacks real time interaction for trouble shooting, that's the reason why I return it.
