This is an excellent skin treatment that is so gentle and effective. I love that it has a variety of ingredients that are so beneficial for my skin and it is all natural. Disappointing
No visible improvements in hair, skin or nails, unfortunately.

Overall okay
Comes in a glass jar which I like because I can use it for storage when I finish the vitamins. The taste and smell aren't great but I've tasted worst with other brands. Not hard to swallow if you don't usually have issues with taking this kind of stuff. The price could be a bit lower.

Biotin, zinc and collagen...but the taste
These are excellent pills that supply my wife with three important minerals. After not using biotin for a short time, she really sees the difference in her nails and these pills have provided said nails with strength and hair with lustre. The zinc is a great addition too, giving her a bit of pep during the mid-afternoon lull that we all go through. The one problem - though it is not insurmountable - is the taste. They tend to break down quite quickly after swallowing and if taken with ordinary water, can leave a strong chalky taste in the mouth. It should be taken with food to help the digestion and taste.
