MAGNETS ARE QUITE STRONG
I'm puzzled by the negative reviews of this item. The magnets are strong and have no problem supporting large pliers etc. Perhaps negative reviewers were trying to use them to support items that were composed of mixed alloys. The fact that they included screws and plastic inserts for drywall was a bonus

Good product
I highly recommend it for smaller tools. I don't understand why they call it "heavy duty" when it does not hold heavier and large tools. I solved this by putting two 3" apart and it did a decent job. But if you have heavy and large tools you should seek more options.

These things are strong. Screwdrivers, pliers, channel locks, large vise grips. Holds them all

I pride myself on the quality of my tools and the work I do. I have numerous magnetic tool rails. Unfortunately, these have the weakest magnets of any tool rail I have ever purchased and I would not trust them to hold quality tools. Returning.
