Nice bag, crappy broken zipper
Great bag, except that the zipper pull for the small compartment at the top front broke within weeks and I’d not repairable without replacing the whole zipper. Feels like a cheap zipper part - plastic ? - and no way to get it resolved ? Opened a ticket with Yonex that has gone no where (but now I get marketing emails) and can’t seem to contact the seller. So great functionality-storage room and compartments - but can’t give 5 starts due to the crappy zipper and non existent customer support

Nice backpack, but racket space is very limited. A 100 inches racket barely fits. Two rackets won't fit.

It turned out to be too small for my purposes. The on-line description says it holds two racquets, but I couldn't fit my two in.
