Is the 10 to 80 lb is that each side or all you can lift (without upgrade) is 80 lbs?

Total weight without the upgrade ranges from 20 lbs to 80 lbs. Each side of the bar ranges from 10 lbs to 40 lbs. I opted for the extra 40lb upgrade (20lbs per side) rendering a total of 120 lbs (60 lbs per side).

Do you have to do the weight upgrade now or can you purchase them later?

You can upgrade later to 120 lbs total.

Is the shipping date correct? Says it will arrive in about a week. The bowflex website has a 4 month lead time for delivery.

I ordered from Amazon directly (Amazon is seller & shipper) on Saturday and today was notified it’ll arrive by next Wed. Pretty solid lead time & price compared to Bowflex and their 4 month delay.

is it only one bar or two? are the weights included? can you tell me all thats included thanks

1 Barbell bar and 1 curl bar, as well as 7 weights. 20,30,40,50,60,70,80
