Great Strap!
I bought these straps for snorkeling and I am so happy with them! They are perfect for having around your wrist with your camera attached. I was able to snorkel and dive with no issue, and if I ever let go of my camera, it would float right to the surface of the water! I love that you can unclip it from the string portion. It made assembly really easy and makes it really easy to detach the strap so it can dry without causing any harm to your camera.

GoPro floats!!!
I was skeptical this could keep my GoPro afloat, but after the reviews I gave it a shot. Sure enough, one is enough to keep it from sinking! Super happy and I am now confidant to take my GoPro out into the water without worry of dropping it into the abyss.

Good Colorful Camera Floats
I was going to wait until after our vacation to leave a review for these camera floats, but I keep being prompted with emails from the seller to leave a review now. So I will. I haven't used these yet - there isn't much need for camera floats in the dry state of Colorado. We don't have a boat and don't spend time at any lakes, so...this product hasn't been put to the test yet. I got them to go on my new Nikon Coolpix S33. We went to the Caribbean over the summer and that trip made me yearn for a waterproof camera. While looking at cameras I could take into the water with us, camera floats kept popping up in my Amazon feed. I'm glad they did - as dumb as it sounds, I never even considered needing something to make my camera float...but I would have been really upset had I been forced to leave my new camera at the bottom of the sea! These fit in the Coolpix S33 well, but they don't fit in the case I bought for the camera. (I got this case, which fits the camera perfectly: Case Logic DCB-302 Compact Camera Case (Red) ) I wound up just running the camera float cords through the little strap ring, so they hang on the outside of the case instead of inside. The solution works - I don't really care that they can't fit IN the case with the camera. Since I haven't been to a body of water larger than my bathtub since this purchase, I can't speak to how well these work in open water. However, when I threw them in the tub, the floated well and never sank. We kept attaching little weights to the straps to see how much it would take to sink these - when we ran out of weights at 4.5 lbs, these were still floating. I think that's pretty good - it's a lot more than I expected. I am confident these will protect my new little camera when we go back to the Caribbean in November. Bottom Line: I would buy these again. The colors are nice and bright, making these easy to locate. The float on the surface of the water, further increasing visibility of your camera. (Or whatever you want to keep afloat by attaching these.) They are a good size to go around your wrist, but aren't so big that they get in the way. The cords make it easy to attach these to a variety of cameras and other objects. They are mushy so they are easy to pack and don't take up much space. They are also a great price and arrived quickly. I would chill on the emails asking customers to leave feedback, though. That gets irritating.

Two floaty and two regular in one package.
Easy to attach to camera, floaty. Can easily be swapped with one of the two conventional wrist straps that came as a bonus with the floaty ones. Seem well-made and durable.

Reliable and Comfortable Float Strap for Water Photography
originally bought this float strap for snorkeling, but decided to test it in a pool first to make sure it worked perfectly—I didn’t want to risk taking it to the ocean without knowing how it performed. It worked wonderfully. I submerged the floating strap in the pool and immediately floated back to the surface. I haven’t taken it to the ocean yet, but I hope it works just as well there because I definitely don’t want to lose my phone. I attached it to this case, and it seemed like the whole setup was integrated. A lot of people asked me where I bought it because they couldn’t take pictures with the same precision and safety as I could. I 100% recommend it if you don’t want to lose your phone at the bottom of the ocean. The strap is comfortable, especially when you’re in the pool, and it allows you to hold your phone in an ergonomic way. At first, I felt a bit insecure about the thin cord attaching it to the phone, but it seems to be made of strong material and everything worked just fine. I can’t wait to use it again in the ocean.

Very Nice - great for Nikon AW120 (and some suggestions)
Tested this in a bucket today, for my Nikon AW120 (212 grams, 7.1 oz). Only ONE tether was required to easily float the camera, and the yellow strap was floating well above the water line, maybe 30% exposed above the surface- so I would think that ONE of these straps should float a much heavier camera (maybe 250 grams or more?). This was in fresh tap water- salt water flotation should be even better (salt water is heavier than fresh, less flotation required). These straps also include a nylon "quick disconnect"- so you can quickly & easily remove the flotation strap when not needed. I'm really pleased with that, because the flotation strap is a bit bulky- I want to be able to quickly add or remove the flotation as needed. The flotation strap is is a bit of a tight fit for my large hands- it's a little awkward and slow to get my hand and wrist inserted... I guess that if I had my way, I'd give potential buyers the option of two wrist strap sizes, "regular" and "large hand". Even my large hands fit however- just a bit of a stretch, and a bit slow to get on and off. Because of this, and because of the extra needed bulk of the flotation strap, I am planning on using this strap only when needed- when going out on the water (snorkeling, kayaking), and I'll be using a regular non-flotation nylon strap otherwise. That's difficult now, because I will need to remove the flotation strap, in order to fit a standard strap through the small AW120 strap fixture. I plan to re-engineer the extra quick-disconnect from the second extra (un-needed) flotation strap, to accept my regular nylon wrist strap, so that I can quickly change from one to the other (snap one off, snap the other on)- but it would be REALLY great, if a standard non-flotation strap (with matching quick-disconnect), or just an extra plastic male quick-connect (to which a standard wrist strap could be connected), was included in this kit, for exactly that purpose... I know that I'd be happy to pay the extra expense for the added versatility. Still- I think this is a great flotation strap. Five stars. joel.

Perfect for use with Cameras and phones
These are awesome!. They come with an additional wrist strap so you can either use the flotation strap as a wrist strap or as the flotation device whilst wearing the smaller fabric strap. Its brightly coloured, a little bulky but fits into your bag. We used one primarily on our small waterproof camera whilst swimming in the sea. It gave us the freedom and security to know we wouldn't lose the camera if accidentally dropped (unlike the goggles we let go of accidentally). We purchased a second pack and used this on the waterproof mobile phone cover. Whilst we wore this on a lanyard around our neck the float have us confidence that it we accidentally dropped it, it wouldn't sink. We did test it and whilst the phone hung lower in the water, it did not sink. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone for use whilst on holiday.and using with cameras/phones

Does the job!
Purchased for my GoPro and works very well. Love that it’s bright colors so it’s easy to spot should you drop it in the water . It was also easy to attach to my GoPro. Can’t really think of any cons. I took it to Jamaica and used it for 14 days and still looks new so it’s a good quality float. The wrist band fit around my wrist easily and my bf also found it easy to wear,
