It’s been about five years since I stopped using fluoride-based toothpaste, and finding a dentist who aligns with my wellness values has been a journey. I use a small amount of this oil with my toothbrush (without turning on the electric feature), brushing all surfaces thoroughly for about 30 seconds. Love the taste. So refreshing. I’m not new to tooth oil. Been trying to find good, natural products to help with receding gums, halt cavities, etc. I’ve been using another natural tooth oil that seems to be helping, but I felt it cost too much. This oil is cheaper AND the bottle is twice as big. So far, I love it. Mouth feels great! Teeth feel so clean. Too soon to tell if it helps with receding gums and cavities, but I’m hopeful.

This is such a good investment. It helped me when I was quickly developing gum pain and difficulty with brushing after years of very mild gum recession. My acute gum pain decreased within 24 hours of 2 applications, and four days later I could use a firmer tooth brush- gum sensitivity is 100% gone. I don't have to brush gently with an extra soft toothbrush anymore. I was using xylitol and colloidal silver, had 4 different conventional and alternative tooth pastes I was giving a week to see if I improved, flossing 4x/week, I was getting worse. Until this essential oil. It has also reduced tongue fuzziness, and my mouth feels really clean. Its a very pleasant blend- not extreme concentration. I hear it helps with dry mouth. I hope this helps someone else at the end of their rope! I'm kind of glad things got so bad so I would try this, because life is better now a week later.

I am still evaluating this product. I have only used it a couple of times, and I don't have a lot to say at this time. No negative results thus far. It seems to be O.K.. I think I actually needed a very serious antibiotic for an abscess over my tooth. I think this product is more directed to support the natural good microbiome in the mouth. However, that too is somewhat relative to the germs in the mouth. Perhaps over time, I can make a more definitive evaluation.

It's multipurpose, and it's organic, natural, and gentle on the gums. You can use it every day without any side effects. I've been using this for a couple years instead of toothpaste. At my recent dental visit I was told to just keep doing what I'm doing! It's a bit expensive but the 3 bottles have lasted longer than several toothpaste tubes. I've only bought very healthy toothpaste for several years so the expense is actually probably less.

The taste takes some getting used to in the beginning if you are used to sweet ad foamy stuff, but not a show stopper. What is immediately apparent is no more bad breath when used in conjunction with tongue scraper and air floss. Am happy as it works.
