It works as suppused to and it comes with cables..!
The item works as advertised and it comes with cables....! Really liked that one.

Worked well enough for a few years, then it started failing
I had no real complaints about the switch for a few years, but recently it has started cutting off the mouse and keyboard for probably 5-10 seconds at a time. It will do it randomly and they devices come back each time but it's quite inconvenient. It is also occurring with increasing frequency so I figure it's on the way to complete failure. Time to shop for something new.

too many times it simply will not work. Tried to start work this morning and the display will not show. It did very briefly on one channel, now nothing. This is pretty common. It's not the cables etc as I always switch them over, try without the KVM etc and it all comes back to , it's just unreliable UPDATE: Figured out a huge part of the issue. If you reboot a device it often does not get recognized until you log in. This is worst with macOS devices, but I've seen it with linux too. I have two Mac devices, one is a laptop and one is not, and I've ended up having to keep a spare keyboard around to plug into the iMac and my linux boxes just to type my password. Once you are past there the switcher is far more reliable EDIT: The customer support is very good. I was fighting this for a while and after the return window had closed they took it back and refunded me. If you run into issues, as I did, they will help you as much as possible

HDMI stopped working a few months in. Mouse emulation doesn't support all buttons.
HDMI stopped working a few months in. It randomly stops working and needs to be power-cycled a few times a week. Mouse emulation doesn't support all buttons. I use an Evoluent VerticalMouse D.
