I ordered these for a loved one who is recovering from illness and what I received was something that looked like it had either an insect shell or wood shaving in it. These are antibacterial filters???!!! To add insult to injury, the seller (Meditrust) did not get back to me until many days after my refund request to just request a photo. This is horrific and unacceptable! Our situation is stressful enough without having unsanitary antibacterial filters that I now have to spend so much time going back and forth about and then returning!
