I breakout with patches along my shoulders every summer, living in hot humid Florida. I usually treat with Selsum Blue, but it smells super harsh and doesn’t seem to do much. I loved this soap. My tinea was all over my back the sides of my boobs. I first started w/ putting the soap and cream on my back and one day I just noticed it went away. I was sooo happy so I decided to order it again so this time I could focus on the side of my boobs well it’s basically gone but it irritated my nipples and caused the skin to crack on them a bit. I was confused cause it didn’t itch my back at all. But this soap is good. I would suggest not using it as often I was using it like every other day. Now I’m trying to heal a irritated nipple lol. Other than that I love this soap and I would highly recommend it. Just don’t over use. 🙏🏾
