My mother in law brought this back from Turkey and I used it once for a headache and was SOLD! I’m so glad Amazon had it because I ordered it immediately. This purchase is actually my second order and now everyone in my family uses it! We use them for headaches, muscle aches, nausea (something about the smell helps me), to cool down, and for tons of other stuff! They’re basically good for anything you would use menthol or eucalyptus on and the scent is refreshing as opposed to extremely overpowering— which is a plus. The inside product is about the size of a quarter in width and about as tall as a pencil eraser but a little goes a LONG way. One swipe over a forehead and two over the back is usually all that’s needed so it lasts a super long time.

I purchased the DEEP SEA Menthol Stone and Balm, and I’m incredibly disappointed. The product arrived as described with two items in the package, but that’s where the positives end. Opening these items was a complete nightmare. It took me 45 minutes and four different tools to pry open the tops, which were so sealed together that I thought I’d never get them open. Once I finally managed to remove the tops, what I found inside was baffling. There were no balms in sight—just some white, furry substance that looked old, expired, and growing organisms. I’ve attached photos to show exactly what I received. The product did have a menthol scent, but that’s the only thing that seemed to match the description. I’m shocked that Amazon allows this product to be sold. It’s unacceptable that something like this could be shipped to customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this product at all costs!

It came with two. When I opened the first one, it was powder and looked as if it crystallized. Flakes everywhere. At the top of the lid it looked like it may have been the original piece of balm but it was hard as a rock. The second one I couldn’t even get open. Both me and my husband tried to get it open to no avail. After 20 minutes of us both trying to open it, I tried to run it under hot water to loosen it up. Still didn’t open. Straight in the garbage & I’m out $$.

I recently purchased Deep Sea 2 in 1 Menthol Stone and Balm, it is super easy to use, carry and apply. Helped with my aches and had an overall relaxing effect. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is the most incredible product for a headache or migraine, and it’s 100% natural. I first bought this in the Spice Bazaar in Istanbul, and have bought it again at least a dozen times. It blocks headache pain right away. And feels wonderful. I’m so glad that Amazon now carries it!

To start, I bought this for around 6 dollars and now it costs 25 when it is obviously not worth it just look at your other reviews, mine is no different! I received the product expired and melted!

The domes were crystallized and one was half empty and stuck in the lid. Disappointing.
