Review: Fantastic Taste. I feel great - I have listened to the audio book from Kulreet Chaudhary where she recommends drinking fennel, cumin and coriander seeds for internal cleansing and detoxification and to help the internal digestion system. I first though about buying these three seeds separately but then saw this mixture of these three seeds and ordered it (also because it is organic). As soon as I got it, I made the tea. I make it in a metal pot which holds up to 5 cups. The instructions on the bag says 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of water. I believe that this is too much. I am mixing a good teaspoon of seeds with 4-5 cups of water and that works very well for me. After cooking it the first time, I actually cook a second pot with the same seeds. I let it cook and sit longer. For me that works great. The taste is fantastic. Even my daughter drinks it. I feel great and I feel hydrated. I take a 1 l glass bottle to work and drink it over the day. I feel less urge to eat. I have less eating attacks and overall have lost some weight with that. Overall, I strongly recommend this tea. I would change to mixture of seeds to water and use 4x more water as directed. I plan to use this tea mix long term.

I use this for tea and cooking. For tea, it's great post-meal or anytime if you feel like you need to boost you digestion and you don't want to aggravate your inner fire or you are tired of ginger. For cooking, this is a great mixture that you can also add other seeds to, such as mustard, black seed, fenugreek, etc. Bloom them in ghee or oil before adding the dal, vegetables or rice. It ads a flavor that is complex and assists digestion but isn't spicy like peppers, garlic, or ginger. I believe this was also the best price on bulk cumin, coriander and fennel after I had looked.
