After trying several other seat cushions and chair pads that have a defined design for the buttocks but were not that comfortable, I am pleasantly surprised that this big thick square is what feels best! It has a soft velure cover that zips off for cleaning. It's supportive firmness yet a soft give supports my back and allows me to sit comfortably at a desk for several hours. I chose it because I needed to see over the computer monitors at church to best run programs for worship, sermons etc. I am 5'4 and about 135lbs and find that after several months, this cushion still feels new and gives me the physical boost to sit higher than the chair allows. I highly recommend!

Very comfortable

This is exactly what I needed for my application. It arrived on time as a rolled up pack, as many foam items are. They usually take up to 72 hours to regain their proper shape, but this one popped into shape immediately. The cover fit perfectly and the fabric, color and quality were ideal. It also fit the seat bottom exactly. This was worth every penny!

This cushion is very well made. I purchased it to put on my recliner seat, hoping to make it softer to sit on. However, it is a little to high and not as soft as I had hoped for my comfort. As I mentioned above, the cushion itself is very high quality and could have many uses. I plan to use it for raising the comfort level of seating that is too low for me, so I will keep it for that reason.

This cushion is nicer than I thought perfect size for my pottery barn wooden desk chair

Just bought this cushion again and it's not made as well as the one I got before. Isn't as firm and the cover is thinner and pretty loose fitting. The old one was much better. First cushion 3 years ago: I totally love this cushion and can actually see the hood of my SUV now! It takes a tiny bit of effort to get myself settled on it since it makes me higher up so the steering wheel is in the way a little. Had to lower the seat a bit to make sure I can reach the gas & brake pedals. It's nothing like a squishy fiber-filled pillow, very firm memory foam.

I ordered this cushion for my 95 year old mother to make it easier to get up from her dining chair. The cushion is soft but firm and has not compressed at all from use. The only caution I would make is that, while the cover is washable, the memory foam inside is not. She had an "accident" while using the cushion, so I laundered the cover and spot cleaned the memory foam. After the memory foam had dried, I wrapped it in a couple layers of cling wrap to protect it in the future. The cover went back on with no trouble at all. So, I advise wrapping the inside cushion in a waterproof material when you receive it.

I am very happy with this. My couch is low and I needed something to lift me up so my knees are at a 90 degree angle. This did exactly that. It’s firm but still soft, so it’s comfortable to sit on. It returns to its shape when not in use. Time will tell as to how long it will retain its firmness, but for now it’s great.
