Just what I needed to
This mint relief spray gel works very well. I have neck and back pain, and it helps relax the area almost immediately, especially after my chiropractic therapy sessions. The only downside is that the price is very expensive, but honestly it helps me a lot and I need it. Just don’t apply too much because it can irritate the skin if overused. Also, after applying it, make sure to cover yourself because the strong mint effect can make you feel very cold sometimes. The smell is not unpleasant at all — it has a nice menthol scent.

Helped relieve my pain almost immediately. The spray is good for hard to reach places on your back. The roll-on helps massage deeper into your muscle and as for the gel, that's also an excellent choice as I have nerve damage and sciatica as well two as two bulging discs, it helps relieve your pain
