Push Up Bars

I have alot of hardware in my wrist do to a fall. I was told I wouldn't be able to do push ups on my hands. These work awesome. It took some getting used to because of my range of motion and my surgeon approved as long as I keep my wrist straight. They have a perfect little angle and the rubber keeps them from sliding which makes them awesome.

I've been doing a 100 pushup set, on my chest day, after completion of 12 bench weightlifting sets, which is a great workout, for sure, but wanted to try something different, to see if it could be improved. These are very simple, and well-made. I chose them primarily because of the large rubber grips, which are slanted, both of which make sense to me. I use them on carpet, and there was no slippage at all. When I started, I only did 50 pushups, but have rapidly increased to 100, which is equivalent to about 125 flat floor pushups, I'm told. I space them about a foot apart, using a ruler, in order to reproduce the same distance every time. There is, however, greatly increased discomfort to my hands over standard pushups, even using padded lifting gloves, since I do the entire 100 in one set. This makes sense, however, since your whole body weight is supported by a narrow portion of the palm center, as opposed to the entire hand, including the fingers, flat on the floor, as they are with conventional pushups. I now place a towel over them, which helps a bit. The pain dissipates quickly, though, after completion, so I really don't consider it an impediment. I like them very much, and am glad I bought them, as they'll be a real boon to my chest development, I believe.

I injured my left wrist over a year ago & when I do regular push ups it starts to hurt after 10 reps. So I started using these push up bars and due to the ergonomics, after 10 reps, my left wrist didn't hurt at all. I was able to do more reps and after I was done, no pain whatsoever in my left wrist. I wish I would have known about this sooner. Anyway I highly recommend these for proper push ups.

They’re solid and have good grips. Might get a second set for traveling.

These are much more sturdy than other ones I've seen. The handles are a bit larger so if you're a bigger dude these are the ones to buy.

What can I say? These are comfortable and perfect for the task they were designed for

I have found the push-up bars for me! With 99% of push-up bars, I have a psychological block of feeling that the bars are not stable under my hands, and that the bars are suddenly going to turn inward or outward and my wrists will be damaged/broken. (I know it's probably an irrational fear. I've done many push-ups with bars and that fear has never been realized.) These particular bars are the first ones I've tried where I don't have that fear at all. The nice big footprint, and the fact that the footprint is an actual solid rectangle, combined with the relatively heavy weight of these, as well as the rubber anti-slip undersides, all combine to make the whole operation of doing push-ups with these bars feel extremely stable to me, way more so than any other push-up bars I've ever tried. I'm buying a second pair of these just to store in case my first pair gets damaged and/or these ever go out of production.

Just as described. Superfast shipping. Recommend this seller.

Stabila och bra

Sehr gut! 👍

I wish I'd got these years ago... they are really comfortable on my hands and wrists and I've found it much easier to get better form and technique with my push-ups. They are really stable and so far I've had no problems with them at all, and would recommend them. I'm 6' 3" and weigh 220 lb, and don't see any reason why they wouldn't be OK for anyone bigger/heavier.
