This is a very stiff abmat in comparison to the one Rogue makes. But it's also a lot more affordable. It works as intended and holds up over use. The material is sewn together well but does feel like it's plastic and lower quality. It doesn't make abmat sit ups the most comfortable and enjoyable thing to do but it does work if you're trying to exercise on a budget. The stiffness of this abmat doesn't lessen over time and usage.

Very useful and sturdy

This is exactly what I was looking for. They used a pillow similar to this in my physical therapy to stretch my upper back and though it is not the same brand it’s still accomplishes the same result.

Helps my back pain a lot I have upper cross syndrome from my devices and doing a lot of artwork and cooking. It helps me to lay on the floor and stretch my back and belly out with this and it makes it so I can do sit-ups and strengthen my core for better stability. I bought it to help me build strength to be in less pain and it gives me more dignity and less pain in my work out. I’m so grateful the product exists

I got this specifically for the purpose of having something comfortably to sit on while doing crunches, easily moveable, And sturdy. So far so good! I busted my tailbone when I was little and it now protrudes making it very difficult to do sit ups or other seated exercises especially ones I have to lean back like Russian twists or v sits and such. This feels good! And I like that it has the c shape scoop to help with form I find my back and hips don’t get tweaked when doing exercises All in all very good! I’ve gotten mats before that folks and they within months completely tore open at the seams! I’m hoping this does not do that! It looks to be holding up well and is small enough I can move it on and off the mat I’m using to workout on!

Nice addition to my home gym. Like the extra width of this pad. Good feel and 3 good exercises recommendations. I can think of more.

A fantastic mat! I usually would use a little cushion to soften the blow on my tail bone. Saw this mat and thought I'd give it a go. Best money I've spent! Encourages great form and posture and takes all that painful pressure away from my tail bone! Love this mat !
