Definitely a solid option if your counting your calories
Great Taste with a nice texture. It keeps me full through the day. It being in a can is very convenient for a quick morning drink right before work. It taste like coffee. I feel the price also reflects the convenience factor.

Obsessed! My new daily kick start!
I am obsessed with Slate! I don't drink coffee anymore. I just grab one of these and I am out the door. Caffeine and protein is the perfect way to start any day. Love all the flavors but mocha is my current fav!

Good grab n' go
The 20 g/ 175 mg is a great protein to caffeine ratio for this product. The weight and taste are fine. The heavier 30g tastes grassy and has a barn yard scent.

True to what you expect
Taste is really good and product was as expected. Dairy does not sit well with me and I haven't had any issues with this drink.
