Will the medium sized riser hold a 5-1/2 lb glass figurine?

I wouldn’t try putting anything heavy on the stand. Since there is no support in the middle, it might bend downwards.

Can it withstand the weight of say, 3 to 4 candles?

Candles come in all different sizes, from birthday candles, to large jarred candles; to which size are you referring? These are relatively small, and will bow in the center under a great deal of weight.

I ordered these risers with second day delivery. Sadly, after five days, the order had not been processed or shipped. I cancelled. You?

Got on time few years back. Had issues with scratch n got replacement+kept others free.
